Írjon visszajelzéstAfter 15 minutes, we exchanged a puzzled glance with our server, who finally returned with a basket of fries. We figured that was a good sign, so we could wait a bit longer. However, 15 more minutes passed and we received another basket of fries. We know we were being teased with fries, but we were willing to wait—although the wait extended to over 30 minutes. At the 45-minute mark, we decided to track down our server, who seemed to be avoiding us. What was going on? Finally, after 50 minutes, our burgers arrived. Woohoo! But then we noticed a problem: our supposed 'medium' patties were actually burnt to a crisp—charred hockey pucks hidden beneath a bed of lettuce in the bun. No, thank you. We informed our server that we couldn’t wait any longer for replacements, and she explained that the delays were due to a catering order. While we understood that could happen, it was not our problem. Instead of simply leaving, we wanted to speak to the manager about not being charged for these meals—something we should have done at the 45-minute mark. After waiting another 5 minutes for the manager to show up, he arrived with little empathy or apology, stating that they were short-staffed and had to handle a large catering order. Once again, that was not our problem. As a business owner myself, I believe there are some fundamental rules for good customer service: 1) If you can't fulfill your orders, don't take them. 2) If you're in a bind, inform your customers as soon as possible. 3) Make it right with your customers and acknowledge your mistakes to earn a second chance. Without that, what incentive do I have to return? None. So, Red Robin in Braintree? No, thank you. We are done. As for Red Robin nationally, I’m not sure, but I think my kids will remember this experience and will be very reluctant to visit any location in the future.
When my burger arrived, it didn’t have the toppings I requested, and the sweet potato fries were burnt and dried out in the basket. The waitress must have known the fries were subpar, yet they served them anyway. My friend's burger came with just four fries, prompting both of us to ask for a fresh batch. To make matters worse, when I requested a refill on my lemonade, it came in a glass that was dirty and had a fingerprint smeared all over it. I can’t recommend this place at all; it honestly felt like it should have been closed.
The waitress had a great sense of humor. My wife felt uncomfortable when we mentioned that the mozzarella sticks were cold. The food arrived quickly, but that might have been because they were just sitting out. The burgers were only lukewarm. The manager was friendly and removed the mozzarella sticks from our bill, but we should have mentioned that everything else was also cold. Honestly, it was disappointing.
Great burgers! I stopped for lunch, where I quickly sat from the host and was greeted by a fantastic server. The food was hot and delicious. The service was quick and friendly. I felt like every employee worked to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I was even greeted by the manager, Natasha, she went out of her way to make sure I had a good meal, and I appreciate it. Give this place a chance. You won't regret it.
Pretty typical fast casual place. Cocktails were surprisingly tasty, and the food was filling, but not blow your socks off good.
