I was very pleased with the staff in the Coggeshall branch. Simon, Ben David in particular. Also Dan (broker Rainham branch). Between the 4 of them they got the deal through. I felt the deal would fall through due to the solicitors this is a review for another day. I spoke to Simon regular throughout the process I believe he’s persistent follow ups are the reason the solicitors on the selling side eventually sorted theirselves out. Simon remained professional consistent throughout. He is very determined from the start. I would/will definitely recommend Simon to anyone.
