Barburrito - Brampton

I found the burritos and bowls to be quite disappointing in flavor. Additionally, the staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude problem, which made me feel unwelcome as a customer. It's no surprise that the place was so empty. I would recommend avoiding this location if possible.

I've decided to stop going to this restaurant because the customer service is lacking. The young staff often have an attitude, which is off-putting. I genuinely enjoy the food, but the portion sizes and service definitely need improvement. When customers enter a place, they first notice the staff and the overall atmosphere, and while the restaurant is always clean, that's not enough to make up for the other issues.

This is what a $12 bean burrito bowl looks like at this location. There was no meat in it, which means the customer is not getting the proper proportions of food without it. What's the point of charging so much if the toppings are the same as a $7 Tim Hortons bowl? There's really no reason to come here. I am extremely disappointed with the service. I asked for two bowls, and the lady scooped toppings into one bowl with one hand, then whatever was left over went into the other bowl. Why charge for a full bowl if you're just giving the customer scraps in the second one? Next time, I’ll pay half price for a half-filled bowl like this.

Very small portion size and a lot of attitude from the worker. Very stingy on portion side considering it was almost 15$ for a bowl. Would not recommend coming here. I am definetly

Poor customer service. Lady is rude , she was mopping the floor and when I asked the one who was preparing to adjust the beans she started speaking in between like the lady was talking and trying to adjust but she from nowhere came in between. She was very very rude, and at the end she gave me the bowl not sure if she even washed her hands and then gave to just like that she handed. She spoke very rudely , no manners. The old lady was better and polite. Other locations are better
