Toshi Japanese - Brampton

This restaurant is terrible! Upon entering, you are hit with a strong unpleasant smell and greeted by a very dirty environment. It is clear that the raw fish is not being handled in a clean work area. Despite my doubts, I still decided to order the spicy tuna rolls. When I opened the container, it was evident that the tuna fish was old and discolored. I threw it out along with the chopsticks they provided. I would not recommend eating here!

My last visit to this restaurant was disappointing. Despite ordering extra toppings and sauce, I never received them. Today, I placed a pickup order only to find out upon arrival that my order was never placed or prepared. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but after this experience, I have had enough and will not be returning.

I placed my food order and was told there would be a twenty-minute wait. I waited in my car due to the cold weather, only to see that other people were being served before me. After waiting for 20 minutes outside, I finally went in to pick up my food, but it was cold. The lady at the counter mentioned that it had likely been sitting out for 15 minutes. When I complained, I provided my phone number, as if they had forgotten to ask me to skip the line.

Eating was amazing! the staff was very friendly and friendly. I am new in sushi and they have taken the time to help me find the best options! I was happy to see you again.

Food was far from great this time around here; chewey fish skin on a peace of sushi, tempura soaked in old smelling oil. This might have been good once, but it appears staff is different and so is the quality of the food.
