Wild Wings - Brampton

Walked in restaurant, immediately noticed how dirty the front entrance is. Windows were dirty and area around entrance was littered with debris and overall unkept.Walked in. Immediately hit me how hot the restaurant was. 27c outside, had to be over 30c inside.Sat at the bar. Receives service quickly from bartender. She was friendly.Asked about AC and was told it doesnt come on automatically and she would ask someone to turn it on.Ten minutes later, noticed AC was just turned on.Used bathroom... wow. I cannot recall the last time I saw a bathroom that dirty and in disrepair.Floors in bathroom are filthy, toilet was filthy, toilet leaking with a bucket underneath collecting water.Was going to eat, but decided to pay my bill and leave.Place was nearly deserted.

From the time we arrived to the time we left, it took 2 hours...About 1.5 hrs to get our food. It was clear that the waitress was training a new waiter, and that's fine, however there were more than one issues. Ordered the chicken tenders off the menu only to be told 10 minutes later they no longer have chicken tenders because they were not popular...but why was that an option on the menu then? Looking at more than one menu it was clear that the menus were not all the same. Clearly some may be out of date. So ordered a burger instead. Also we ordered a veggie burger which said it came with a salad...however we got fries and no salad. Although the hamburger was very thick and tasted good, the veggie burger seemed to come from a frozen pre-made paddy. Neither was hot when we received them. Fries were good. Beer tasted like it came out of a can. The washrooms needed a good cleaning/maintenance...one the lights were not working and the other was flooded and pee on the toilet seat.This gets a rating of a 2 out of 5 because of the wrong menu items and receiving the wrong item with our order and just generally service which was not up to standards that you expect and receive at other comparable restaurants.

Big fan of Wild Wings however this location was just pathetic. Upon entering the place, the server yells from the bar asking us how many and points to seat us. OK fine not hospitable but no biggie. We order our food and while they take their sweet time bringing the food, the first dish finally arrives. Prior to our food arriving, no side plates or napkins given and when the first dish arrives and we had to ask the server (this time another server delivered the food and was very lost) for all the missing cutlery. The ketchup bottle on our table was empty and when asked, she still did not bring it. Our second dish finally arrives ONLY to be the wrong order. The first server who got our order seems distracted - Actually all of them were distracted and most were just busy flirting with the people at the bar and some eating and drinking their food. The food was cold and just below average. When we let them know this is wrong order she said are you sure and defended herself letting us know it is what we ordered. We have been going to Wild Wings for nearly a decade now and would know how our all time favourite taste like. Overall not a pleasant experience. This place made us uncomfortable. We read the reviews and we can agree 100% with those that have written a negative review. I wish this gave us an option to put 0 stars rating.

Been to this location may times the past two years, and every time the service is good and the wings are excellent . The Caesar salad is a real Caesar with bacon and is one of the best at any restaurant in GTA area that I have been too for many years, in the top 3 restaurant that have great Caesar. The place has so many TV and different sports on, it is great. Great food, service , location and lots of parking, makes this place a gem in Brampton.

The wings are super greasy and I ordered the dry ribs to go. They were $13.95 and literally were 6 pieces of dried bones. I was so disappointed that I called and was told that's how they come. I emailed the store manager with pictures and when I heard nothing back I emailed the head office but heard nothing. Much better out there with better service and value.
