Reception staff were not interested in criticism. Shower defective, no reaction, no apology.The entire conference and restaurant area stinks throughout and penetrant after old fat.The facility urgently needs a revision.Very positive was the food in the restaurant and the service there and in the bar.

Very clean, unfortunately some hotel employees were overwhelmed (for sure, due to lack of personnel, which should not have a negative impact on the well-being of the guest). However, we were more than just irritated that an amount of 5 euros was calculated for the rental of a bathrobe, unfortunately it was not mentioned before. Since we had never experienced such a thing before, we did not have the idea to ask. In principle we were satisfied.

We spent a very pleasant weekend here. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. We have received all important information about the hotel and our booked stay. The rooms were very nicely furnished and clean. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the food was an experience from taste and orientation. The lady in the bar has enchanted us with delicious drinks. The nearby Hasebad has a very nice sauna area that we enjoyed extensively. A completely successful weekend. Thank you to all those involved.
