The worst customer service. I visited this location Sunday Dec. 19 and today Sunday Dec 26. The same lady, who appeared to be a manger, was behind the counter both days. This lady gave my husband and myself all the attitude. Last Sunday, the gentleman who cooks the food went above and beyond by walking behind the counter and assisting us with the menu. I feel this should be the cashier and Managers job, but instead they were annoyed that we had never been there and wereunfamiliar with the menu. They walked to the side of the counter, behind the cupcakes, and were whispering to each other while glancing our direction. I?m sure you can only imagine how that made us feel. Today I asked for the breakfastsandwich and when the cashier asked how I would like my eggs I replied with,?fried egg whites.? That same manager responded,?we don?t cook egg whites.? I explained how I was here last weekend and that was not what I was told when I madeTHE SAME REQUEST. The manager proceeds with,?The lady who is cooking the food today doesn?t make egg whites. You can request it, but she may not do it.? Please explain to me how this makes sense? I have to order food that the cook feelslike making? Do you not understand how much easier it is to cook egg whites than the sunny side up my husband requested? If I was the owner I would consider finding a replacement of both the cashier and manager at this location. These twoindividuals are the face of your business and currently it?s looking pretty bad. Until the front staff are replaced, I will not come back or suggest to anyone I know that this is a good local business that deserves our support.

Delicious! I’ve always enjoyed local bakeries, but I was pleasantly surprised by how outstanding this one is. They offer an excellent selection of coffee, catering even to those with healthier preferences. Well done! I highly recommend it.

The food was excellent, and the coffee was incredible—far superior to any chain coffee! I'm giving it four stars, though, because the customer service was lacking. One staff member rolled her eyes when a customer wasn't served their coffee immediately, and another replied, "I had to work yesterday. I'm just over it," when asked if they were busy. Overall, I would definitely eat here again, but I hope for better service next time.

The food is decent, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The manager, who sports a ponytail, has a negative attitude, which I've encountered on multiple occasions while trying to give the place another shot. Additionally, the cashier came off as unwelcoming and seemed uninterested in providing any explanations. It feels as though they see your visit as an inconvenience. This will likely be our last time dining here.
