Hōkūliʻa Shave Ice - Brandon

Stopped here on our way from the city based on reviews. shave eis was soft as hawaii, sirup aromen were simply ok very artificially colored and some had a strange floral aftertaste. All right.

This place is the absolute best ever!! I'm from Louisiana and thought I'd find nothing like home, it's better!! I have to go every day! The ice is so soft! It's like cotton! You have to try! I told EVERYONE!!! I'll miss this place when I go!

BEST Hawaiian Shaved ice cream in Florida! Most Hawaiian shaved ice cream shops are really just snow cone with the name shaved ice. Not here! Hokuli 'a is the real deal. Ice shaves so thin it melts immediately on your tongue, so you can enjoy their delicious taste syrup, unlike anywhere else. I moved from Brandon a year ago, but still make a special trip to Hokuli 'one at any time I pass for my favorite negotiation. Make yourself a favor and swing past to support this local business. I guarantee. You're disappointed!

WOW!!! 100% authentic Hawaiian shave ice.. this is a must stop if in the brandon area.. if you live in the area and havent been, then stop what you are doing, get in your car and go... seriously, now!!. I LOVE SHAVE ICE, and I've been to shave ice shops all around the United states, just about every one in Florida and I can say this place is the best ive experienced. The ice is so fluffy and soft, the flavors are amazing and not watered down.. flavor in every single bite,down to the last spoon full..he even has flavors from Hawaii that no one else carries.. the guy knows shave ice and is very passionate about it. He came out and talked to me for a bit. and you can tell he cares about his business and his customers. I only wish this place was in Ft. LAUDERDALE. But I'll be back whenever in the area...
