Waffle House - Brandon

This restaurant is a disaster. The management should come and see the mess for themselves. Last week, I went there at midnight and there were no workers in sight. The tables were dirty and covered in garbage, even though no one was sitting at them. A few weeks ago, I went at 2 o'clock and the place was closed. There were workers inside, but no one bothered to explain the situation to me through the locked door. One worker eventually told me they were closed. They should be open 24/7! A while back, I sat down and a worker passed by multiple times without saying a word or taking my order. A group of workers sat at a table chatting, and one asked me what I needed. The steak I ordered was unappetizing, like it was beyond its expiration date. It's a disappointing experience here; it used to be great. What happened?

The service was excellent and very friendly! Thank you for looking after us, and the food was cooked perfectly.

The restaurant is definitely not open 24 hours. It can be challenging to stay there late, as it seems that the employees choose to close whenever they feel like it.

At 11:45 o'clock Friday evening all the tables went empty and dirty, not a hired one looked at me so I waited for a few minutes then went to a table and it was cleared it itself. I heard a lady laugh and say that I think I have to go, tell them they can't sit there. she waited about 3 minutes and went over and said rudely only togo. so many problems with this experience waffle house is around the clock, so that definitely not thought to call first and they could at least have recognized us if we in. not the first time that I happen along these lines. definitiw won not give them again a chance I know that my small family comes twice in the month, making a difference, but hopefully someone went in a short distance.

It is what it is. Most waffle houses are about the same. Staff at this one is always nice. I worked here when I was a kid opened up the store for its grand opening. I am glad to see it still doing well and treating its customers well. Wish they would do away with tipping and pay their servers well this location has always been a bummer for tips, so if you are reading this and planning to go, please leave some money on the table.
