Steak 'n Shake - Branson

First time back to Steak ‘n Shake in years, I was super excited to relive some of my childhood. I was disappointed to see that steak ‘n Shake no longer does tableservice, and the shakes now come in a Styrofoam cup instead of the big glass company used to come in. At this particular establishment the food was OK, the bathrooms were pretty gross though. I would recommend holding it until you can get home!

They used to serve on real plates and glasses. Now it is all paper products. They used to wait on you and take orders. Now you order at the register and they holler your name and you go up and get it. It has lost a lot of the atmosphere of an old time service restaurant and now feels like any McDonald's. Sad.

A large group from our church visited this location in West Branson in mid-September 2022, but unfortunately, it was closed due to a fire. If you plan to go to this restaurant, I recommend calling ahead. There is another location near the city center.

We haven't visited a restaurant in a while since our last one closed, and this experience was wonderful. The service was prompt, and the food was served hot. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Was not even with steak’n shake. I don't like their changes in the menu and their order on the counter. the left has not eaten here. sad because it was our favorite place before.
