To be honest, the service was quite slow. We sat for a good 15 minutes or more before they took the order. Other people were served similar meals to the ones we had ordered but they were served sooner than we were even though they came in the restaurant significantly after we did. This puzzled us, but the fish was really good, so that sort of made up for it. Two of my onion rings had what must have been the hard dry out layer of the onion that was so tough that I wrapped it around a couple of fingers and still couldn't break it by pulling on it with my best effort. It's a remarkably busy place so they must be doing something right, and maybe I just got them on a bad night.

New ownership and renovations are happening now. The new owners were the ones who made my fish and chips specials and they are always friendly and the food is great with an amazing price. Can't wait to see what the place looks like with the renovations. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
