Daarnaast is het voor mensen met een soja allergy zeer sterk aan te raden. In Nederland gebruiken veel restaurants bijvoorbeeld soja olie om de kosten te drukken. Dat komt er bij dit restaurant niet in. Men gebruikt uitsluitend olijfolie of roomboter! Jammer dat we niet in de buurt wonen, maar we komen er graag vanuit midden Nederland voor terug!!!
