Luculus Ice Saloon - Bratislava

We chose this ice cream parlour because it was close to where we were, and it was one of the best choices we could have ever made. They have quite a few vegan options, such as fruit sorbets, but also some non dairy ones. I tried the pistachio one, and it was creamy and delicious. FYI: as of today, one scoop costs 2€

One of the best vegan ice creams I’ve tried. The chocolate is so good!

The pistachio ice cream was just divine, really! I also had the coconut sorbet, which was good, but not outstanding. All the sorbets are vegan and they have around 2-4 vegan milk ice cream flavors. Be sure to mention „vegan pistachio“, as they have a not-vegan version as well.

A local tour guide recommended the Luculus to me as the best ice cream and town she was telling the truth! There are two Luculus shops: A smaller one near the slovak national theater without seating and the bigger main shop near the bridge where you can also sit and enjoy your icecream. The staff was really nice and the vegan ice creams are labeled vegan and the sorbets as well as the cones ! are vegan as well! I had the coconut and the mango sorbet and they were both really tasty! One scoop costs 2€ and a special cone colored or with sprinkles costs an additional 1€.

I ate chestnut and mango vegan ice cream, it was very delicious and not expensive.
