Amy's Bakery Arts Cafe - Brattleboro

Brilliant. It's a five course dessert in a slice, appealing to every sense. My wife and I split this plate and barely finished, but didn't need a drink of anything to finish comfortably. It was ready for pick up right when I asked and was packed delicately and transported 30+ miles for this photo. Also, those are real rose petals around the buttercream flowers.

Was not expecting this but it probably one of the BEST sandwiches I?ve ever had, definitely in the top five for sure. Split the hummus veggie sourdough bread was perfect, veggies were crisp and fresh and came with a feta garlic spread the garlic was fresh and added a great spice. So glad we stumbled across this cafe!!
