The Flamingo Diner - Brattleboro

We wanted to go to the flamingo diner for some time, but since they don't have a bed of dinner, and with my working hours, that was not possible. last Saturday opened my schedule and allowed us to visit. we were greeted by friendly staff who found us sitting after a short waiting period. the menu choices are impressive, and there are many of them. many choices use local ingredients that are very important to us. while we have waited, we have used the free wi fi, an additional plus. we saw a series of other dishes served to the others. everything looked absolutely delicious! the color on the frits on a plate was absolutely amazing! while we waited, we enjoyed a bowl with fresh rice pudding. it was wonderful, with a good taste and perfectly sweet. my only complaining and really, just a personal choice was that it could have used more cinnamon, but I like a lot cinnamon and our own eating: delicious! I have the 'big mess' that has integrated a plate with fresh grilled vegetables, fresh construction and Vermont cheese. her breakfast burrito was filled with fluffy touches and fresh vegetables. the coffee was made with freshly ground beans, and they have refilled our cups throughout the whole time we were there. despite a reviewer post, refill to free. would we come back? absolutely! if I had a complaint, it would be that they don't offer dinner hours service. I would like to see their regular rate during these hours. six stars! Yes, I give them an extra.

During the covid 19 the flamingo remained closed. I miss her very much, and can't wait for her return if it's safe. they have at the delicious brunch specialities. I am part of her eggs benedict and her hueovos rancheros.

Only the best place in the city for lunch and breakfast! many rooms for large groups as well as for a great dining environment! cheeseburger and fries, French toast and other great delicious foods to put in their bauch! also the best fluffy pancakes in the world! I bless them!

Good eating, nice staff and you can get a mammosa. they have a small bar selection, but it's a diner setting. not the best I've ever had, but a floridian would be proud, and I had only a maple walnut and rumcake from her what was really good.

While we waited, we took advantage of the free Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus. We also noticed a number of dishes being served to other tables, all of which looked delicious! The colors on the plates were absolutely stunning! To pass the time, we enjoyed a bowl of fresh rice pudding. It was delightful—perfectly sweet and tasty. My only minor complaint (which is really just a matter of personal preference) is that I would have liked a bit more cinnamon, but I do tend to enjoy my cinnamon quite a lot. Now onto our meals: they were fantastic! I ordered the Big Mess, which came with fresh grilled vegetables, farm-fresh eggs, and Vermont cheddar cheese. My partner's breakfast burrito was filled with fluffy scrambled eggs and fresh veggies. The coffee was brewed from freshly ground beans, and our cups were consistently refilled throughout our visit. Contrary to what some reviewers have mentioned, the refills were complimentary. Would we return? Absolutely! My only wish is that they would start serving dinner as well; I would love to enjoy their regular offerings during those hours. Overall, I’d give them six stars if I could. They definitely deserve an extra point!
