Great service of kathy food was plentiful and tasty two different managers stopped by to check us

We had a very funny dinner on the silvester evening with our friends in this restaurant. the service was attentive and pleasant. it wasn't crowded and we stayed from 5:30-9:30 with no one who's throwing us out. eating was very good. we enjoyed the antipasto salad, the chicken parm and the ravioli. the cheesecake and cannoli were wonderful.

Food was pretty good this year, service pretty good but the plates that were set at our table...out of 10 plates for 10 people...5 were dirty with sauce and stuff on them. This is unacceptable. Buca Di Beppo....you HAVE to do better. No one wants dirty plates/utensils. Please re-educate your Staff about cleanliness. Visibly dirty plates cannot be tolerated.

It's a good place for a casual work lunch, if you don't mind mediocre Italian food, Think Olive Garden with a lot of decor.

Went for a birthday celebration. The host acknowledged the birthday when we arrived but then that was it. No singing, no dessert, nothing. Just a harried waiter. Disappointing.
