The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Brea

I don't normally go to this location but I happened to be in the area. I was greeted by a friendly employee named Ryan. He greeted me with a smile and was very professional. He completed my order in a timely manner, even though it was a little busy. He made sure I had everything I needed before I left. He was just doing his job, I'm sure, but for some reason, he made me feel important. Give Ryan a raise because I'll be trying to come back to this location again.

The dude that closed on 6/16. Totally disrespectful. I wish I knew his name. I’m also writing a formal compliant to corporate. Two girls and one guy closed. The guy was being racist and discriminated against us.

They didn't immediately have the dark roast available, but they nice enough to brew a fresh batch for us.

I often come here to drink hot tea. The staff at work are friendly as well. It seems that the bathroom that many people use together is also kept clean.

They have eliminated their white chocolate drinks, and other flavors are being removed. Very Sad. Their best drink is now gone. Starbucks still has white chocolate drinks which is where I’ve been going now. Who at coffee bean corporate would be SO !?!!?xx to eliminate the white chocolate which is their best.
