The food and wine were good, the prices low and the service perfect. Maybe on weekends it is... more necessary, but we were there in the week, so if you like a quiet and typical regional restaurant, take this. If you book in advance, you can also order your special plate: the Torresan (Pigeon). We were early, so we had drinks on the terrace before. Breganze is an excellent stopover if you want to visit the nearby Palladian villas in Lugo di Vicenza: Villa Godi Malinverni and Villa Piovene.
More than on the restaurant that I don't think is still open, I focus on the building. Historic residence, dates back to and is Palazzo Arrigoni. Really very beautiful, it is worth taking a walk from Piazza Mazzini di Breganze, even just to see it. It was recommended among other things by the official guide of the Italian Touring club. We ate very well and the hotel had stars, which means that the caretakers were at the reception hours a day, which is no small feat. But again, the period building Al Torresan or villa Arrigoni is really worth a visit.
Does not exist. It's been closed for years
Interior furniture stops in the Exterior to be restored but a kitchen that is the spearhead of the restaurant. Presence of a great ballroom for organizing parties
Very good
