Unfortunately, our steak was only lukewarm. The staff that had rather little to say was very friendly and nice. The staff that seems to have more to say... hadn't just arrived! Rather, it has been annoyed and has treated the colleagues rather abnormally. Too bad....

Although we were very happy to visit, because we had had very good experiences a few years ago, we were very disappointed this time. Not only did the food have a great deal in quality, albeit quite edible, but by far nothing more special (weaked and worked very 0815 and after less good products or Convenience products), especially the service was a smooth 6. In the just 1.5h we got to say and write once the opportunity to order a drink, even in the case of contacts such as bringing/delivery of food, kindness or service were misdisplay, or one called “no competence” and “the colleague”. In addition, complete ignorance of our table. After we finally managed to get someone to pay and tried to express our criticism politely, there was only disinterest. Although it is a beautiful place worth seeing, we would definitely not go back to dinner and find it very bad because it makes the impression as if we were resting on the already acquired good status of the Ratskeller.

The food was very delicious. The service is a bit staggered. We were there with strollers, so we were first sent to the back entrance. There we were then told that the counter stage was only for wheelchairs, strollers are carried the stairs - so we are back. When ordering dessert, the cherries were first forgotten as a waffle, but they were handed down on demand.
