I had a great experience at Shay's restaurant on match day. The food was served quickly and I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely return next time I visit Wembley.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, with the manager Sam taking care of our group. Despite our large party, the food arrived promptly and the staff were incredibly polite and professional. I highly recommend this place, I absolutely loved it!

Another customer who had been waiting a long time asked the unsmiling hostess how much longer it would take to be served, and she dismissively replied that it was not her responsibility. Our appetizers arrived burnt and inedible, but were eventually replaced. The manager, a man in a black shirt, appeared to lack control over his staff and spent more time working than supervising. The main courses were disappointing, tasting like frozen supermarket food. Despite the manager taking the starter off the bill, it was clear that there were bigger issues at play. The restaurant needs to clean up its act, promote staff like Dyan who actually care about their job, and find some direction and focus. She was the only bright spot in an otherwise lackluster experience.

Great service of dyan! great food and great atmosphere! I have to try them boneless chicken wings!
