I recently discovered the Northumberland Arms, and I can confidently say it's an absolute treasure. Five stars, without a doubt! While I haven't had the pleasure of trying the food yet, I’ll be sure to update my rating once I do. Here's why it truly deserves a perfect score: 1. **Musical Evenings:** Thursdays at the Northumberland Arms are a magical experience, brilliantly organized by Ger. A variety of musicians, ranging from guitarists to mandolin players, violinists to vocoders, and even marimba players and hand clappers, come together to create a beautiful symphony of sounds. Singers of all types, whether they have baritone or falsetto voices, can join in the harmony. Just walk in, grab a beer, and become part of the musical celebration! 2. **Fantastic Beer Selection:** The pub boasts an impressive selection of Belgian and Trappist beers, along with some local favorites. This thoughtful choice enhances the overall experience. Igor, always there to greet you warmly, makes sure you are well taken care of. 3. **A Must-Visit:** I wholeheartedly recommend visiting the Northumberland Arms to experience this musical magic for yourself. This is definitely the best spot in Brentford. They have an excellent variety of beers, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the music is fantastic. Rating: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

The Northumberland Arms presents a pleasant surprise upon entry. The establishment has undergone a complete renovation, giving it a café-like ambiance. They offer a nice variety of beers and ciders, including the renowned Northumberland Arms Lager along with its signature cider. There's also a selection of real ales available. At the back, there's a small terrace with a few tables. It's heartening to witness this pub's reopening. Service: 5, Atmosphere: 4.
