Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Brentwood

The food was delicious, but the service left something to be desired (I only deducted one star for that since I understand that many places are understaffed these days). We ordered our meals to go, but they didn't start preparing our order until about 15 minutes later. When the person at the counter handed me my order, it felt a bit careless, and all they said was "here" without including any utensils or offering an apology. I know everyone has tough days, so I tried to keep that in mind. The portion sizes were generous, and the food was served at a good temperature. I also appreciated the option to pay a little extra for cauliflower or fried cauliflower rice.

I stumbled upon this restaurant while heading back from Radnor Lake State Park, and I’m so glad I did! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and pleasant. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first walked in, but I was genuinely impressed by the time I left. The young man at the register did an excellent job of explaining the menu to my friend and me. I usually don’t order salads at restaurants because they tend to be quite dull—just lettuce and tomatoes—but the selection here caught my eye, so I decided to give one a try. I was amazed by the variety of vegetables included, and it was delicious down to the last bite. Although they were out of the usual dressing that comes with the salad, they offered me two alternative sauces to try as a gesture of apology without me even asking. Their customer service was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I've only been here a few times, but the quality of the food remains outstanding. The staff is always friendly, and they've recently introduced menu items from Jet Tila—how awesome is that? For those unfamiliar, Pei Wei is like a more casual, smaller version of PF Chang's. While the menu is more limited, you can expect the same high-quality ingredients and skilled chefs. Dining here is consistently great; it’s not usually very crowded, making it an excellent option for a quick meal with family. It's kid-friendly, fast, and convenient, offering the rich flavors you'd expect from a high-end restaurant.

It was alright; the food was a bit too sweet for my taste. I've dined there before and really enjoyed it, but I wasn't particularly impressed this time.

The food was decent, especially if you enjoy rice and chicken, but the dining experience left much to be desired. I ordered curbside pickup while out of town and noticed my food had been taken to the pickup area, where I ended up waiting for nearly 10 minutes. When I finally walked in to collect my order, I saw employees chatting and laughing with each other, completely ignoring me. They didn't seem busy at all, yet no one acknowledged my presence. To top it off, my order was delivered without any utensils, which was incredibly frustrating. That's all I have to say!
