Wendy's - Brentwood

I used the mobile app to place my order today, and it was a quick and seamless experience! When I arrived, I mentioned that I had a mobile order and provided my name. I was then directed to pull around, and just like that, my food was ready in no time and my order was completely accurate. Excellent job! I will definitely use the mobile app again in the future.

On February 20, 2022, at 2 PM, I had a great experience at this Wendy's. The customer service was very friendly, and my food was served quickly. The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant were outstanding compared to all the Wendy's locations I've visited in Nashville. Well done, team!

The food was tasty, and the drive-thru service was quick. I wasn't a fan of the strawberry frosty, but I absolutely loved the chocolate one!

Good food as you'd expect from Wendy's, and good service despite being understaffed and even during a busy lunch hour
