You park in the parking lot behind the business and make your way to the main entrance. In the window of the meat cutting area is Fraser Orr, working away; but still has time to give you a big smile and a wave. He doesn't know if you are coming into his store or not. Great customer service and the staff are all friendly.Top quality cuts of meat that are well displayed. One of the bestEnglish Pork Pies that I have had in all my travels. We are very fortunate to have Fraser and his business in the community.

Finally made it as we live in Cowichan Bay and I went to the airport this morning and timing was good for the store being open.I bought some cornish pasties and pork pies amongst other things.Just tried the cornish pasty and Now I wish I had doubled all myof my order !Looks like I need to make the trip often now because if the pork pies taste as good as they look I'm going to move closer to the store !
