Bella Piada - BRESCIA

It happened by chance with a friend during a motorcycle ride, we were ecstatic from the quality of the piadina pasta. Very good. Then the tables in the shade of the lake front, untouchable.

Not the usual piadina I would say!! Light crisp and well stuffed. Very kind staff and welcoming environment.

We went to the Bella Piada of Maderno because we were told that we could also find vegan peas. The choice is exhausted to 2 for which, that day, they were without, for each, an ingredient, tofu and rice mozzarella. The girl, very kind, offered us some other ingredients instead of the missing ones, but you don't understand why they've increased them by 0,80 cents each. The piadines, unfortunately, are not very filled, is therefore missing that taste of sauces and ingredients that overflow and remains a bit of hunger. I would recommend a wider and richer offer.

Ride in motion and stop here a stone's throw from the road and the lake, a square full of ingredients and piadines bigger than the classic ones, many choices of tastes, kind and fast people. Congratulations!
