This pizzeria was a discovery of my mother (common, but unbearable for different things). yesterday we tried two vegan pizzas, yes! in the menu of this historic pizzeria in brescia there are also options designed and composed vegan with gondino or there are also...rice mozzarella. I did not like the estiva especially to savory for me and to intense taste (basil pesto, mystique, kirschtomatien, tofu with oliven and gondino). during the scapece. people amazing! zucchini pesto, zucchini trifolate and zucchini julienne, gondino. it is tender and very well balanced. very honest prices for the quality of the products (often too and always in the season): estiva, while the scapece I propose to reserve early in the evening to not visit much to eat.
