Roadhouse Grill - BRESCIA

Visited this restaurant for some American type food as wanted something different from pasta or pizza! Ordered steak and ribs, steak was a bit tasteless but the ribs were ok. Service was average and atmosphere was non-existence. Would I go back again?.....no!

I did not have high expectations of course as it is not a luxury restaurant but a fast food chain. Ordered chicken tenders and the server came with a burger. Asked to change it with what I ordered. Order never came in. 30 minutes abs counting. Called 3 waiters (all young and lack of experience) and all of them said “wait a second, I am coming) never came. Awful service and customer care. Last comment. I think it is about the owner and not the employees. Servers and employees need proper train! Deserve 0 credit.

This is a prescriptive fast food type of restaurant. Popular on a Sunday evening. Foods ok nothing special. Unfortunately there were a load of lies buzzing around this evening which really put us off. Maybe they should invest in a fly killer. So really affected our visit

Great friendly service! Good food. Prices are decent, maybe slightly high but definitely worth it. I would definitely go back again. I recommend it.

Alles, was ich essen kann di costine ottimo! Ogni domenica a 10 euro costine illimitate!
