Unfortunately, I cannot rate the dishes, drinks and operation of the castle pots, as it was closed. But it makes a very clean and tidy impression. There are enough signs to comply with the Corona rules.

Very good, good-bourgeois, regional cuisine, at a very reasonable price. The food is very good and also abundant. The menu is small but regionally shaped, the selection is comparable to a hiking place. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The ambience at the Burghof gives the whole the final touch. I can only recommend seeing the castle and eating something there.

Absolutely enthusiastic that small inns offer hikers and cyclists an ideal place to rest! Price-performance ratio is okay... And if you are here in the area, the visit to the castle is absolutely necessary!
