Dunkin' - Brewer

Got 2 cold coffees...the young man on the register was new and having such a hard time...but he was very sweet and honestly...it's probably the best coffee I've received from that location...so we'll done! ;

Ordered Bacon avocado toast and hash brown. Didn?t have bacon on the avocado toast, the hashbrowns were a ball in the bag needed a fork to eat them. Not sure where Sam is but needs to come back as the food was excellent and order was never messed up.

The staff are always very friendly, and in general the line moves quickly. No mistakes in my orders. Occasionally there are loops on the bottom of my coffee, but this is rare. Signs on the doors and drive through the speaker ask for patience as they are short staff.

I often have issues with my orders being incorrect, and frequently find myself having to remind the staff of what I've requested. At least I'm happy that I now just drink my coffee black.

The doors were propped open, and there was no one in sight. I had to shout several times before three employees finally emerged from the back. It was concerning how vulnerable the place felt; anyone could have easily walked in and they wouldn’t have even noticed.
