Írjon visszajelzéstWhen we first received the menu, I thought the dishes resembled those offered at many Italian restaurants in the area. However, the quality of the food turned out to be exceptional. I started with an arugula salad, which was beautifully presented despite the modest size of the plate. The salad was piled high, making it feel generous and satisfying. My partner enjoyed his Caesar salad. For our main courses, I ordered the shrimp scampi, while he had linguine with white clam sauce. Both dishes were excellent, and we had so much left over that we took half home with us. We also shared a decadent Belgian chocolate cake, which was incredibly rich and served with homemade butter; once again, we ended up taking more than half of it home. The ambiance was lovely, and it seemed like a popular spot for parties. Although a celebration was taking place in the main room and it got slightly noisy at times, it wasn't overwhelming. We would definitely come back!
Quite right. beautiful ambiente. good place for a special occasion.
We decided to try this restaurant because, after we under different management, we were looking at the magnificent view, the beautiful dining room and hoped that eating would be better than their predecessors. it wasn't! we sat on the only table without any intention, blocked by a wall that stood in the dining room. we ordered drinks, but were not offered menus or specialties for almost 20 minutes. we were served a free bruscetta from olive and artichokes (minde had ignored pieces of olive pits in the complaining. the selection on the menu was so limited that it was difficult to decide what to eat. I ordered the special appetizer, Burrata cheese with arugula and proscuitto. it was delicious. my main course was an incredibly boring and tasteless huh toscana dish. two members of my party liked her huhn scarpiello very much and the fourth member really liked her hard fish, truly saw and tasted poor. I would like to add that the beautiful dining room after the sun went down, was very bright and, for those looking for romance, they might want a dimmer keram illuminated room. dessert, and here I was rave, a chocolate, espressomousse. really divine, I wish I hadn't had to share it. we were also offered a free foam wine. because it is in my local environment and a beautiful restaurant, I could give it another chance, and would definitely ask for a table with view next time.
On Valentine's Day, the restaurant offered a special prix fixe menu featuring an excellent selection for each of the four courses. Each lady received a lovely long-stemmed red rose, and everyone enjoyed a glass of champagne. At $65, the price was quite reasonable compared to many other restaurants. While the service was a bit inconsistent, the overall experience was enjoyable.
We had a lovely family dinner for Valentine's Day at this restaurant this week. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. The atmosphere and decor were fantastic, with tables by the fireplace and beautiful decorations. However, there was one significant issue that really detracted from our experience. A man—whom we suspected was the owner, as it seemed unlikely anyone else would embarrass themselves this way—was playing an electronic keyboard with pre-programmed tracks and poorly singing along to some classic songs. The constant noise from this was overwhelming and certainly diminished our enjoyment of the meal. If I were to walk in again and see him performing, I would quickly turn around and leave. It felt like very unpleasant elevator music, but worse. To be fair, perhaps this was just a one-time special event, or maybe some regular patrons enjoy it (though that's unfortunate for them). Nonetheless, we won't be returning.
