Ming Town - Brick Township

The food was excellent, the service was fantastic, and the place was spotless. The facility for food pickup is very nice, and I felt safe during my visit.

The food here is decent, but there are some drawbacks. The egg rolls are definitely the best in Brick! However, the owner tends to rush you over the phone when placing an order, which can come across as rude. I wish they wouldn't skimp on the ingredients; it seems like they use cheap fillers like bok choy rather than fresh vegetables. It would be great if they used more fresh produce in their dishes! Also, I recommend avoiding the tofu—it’s soggy and not appetizing at all! It was honestly the worst I’ve ever had.

I hadn't eaten at this restaurant in a few years, and it's clear that there are new owners. The place is clean, which is a nice change compared to other Chinese takeout options in the area. The food is fresh and free of MSG, which really makes a difference. The roasted rice was exceptional – truly roasted rice, unlike what you find elsewhere. The crabs and shrimp in my dish were delicious too!

Apparently under new property the quality and taste of the food has fallen and the portions are no longer full, I was a customer for over twenty years and now no longer order mings.

Good food but nasty young man working there who claims he is part owner.Will never spend my money there again/not the only person that feels that way!
