Smashburger - BRICK

We visited this restaurant to place our order. My husband's burger meal was served first, but it was cold as we waited for my meal. I approached the cashier to inquire about the delay, and she informed me that it would take 15 minutes. We placed our order at 7:10, and my meal finally arrived at 7:40. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good, and I ended up taking it home. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Honestly, it was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. The customer service was terrible. My mother's food arrived, but mine didn't come for another half hour, by which time she was already finished eating. When my meal finally arrived, it was the wrong order. They took my burger, stacked it on top of another one, and tried to serve it as a double. While the burger itself was cooked well, I had requested extra cheese, but due to the mix-up with my order, they neglected to add it. My mother politely asked if they might have forgotten the rest of our order, and the woman at the register responded, "I don't know what they're doing back there." It was just awful. If this is how the business operates, I can't see it lasting long.

This place deserves a flat 0 stars. I ordered a plain hamburger because I don't like cheese, and I also got sweet potato fries while someone else in my group ordered regular fries. We waited for more than 20 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, my burger had cheese on it, and the regular fries were cold. We had to wait another 20 minutes for a replacement and ended up asking the staff at the counter about it. When they finally brought out my burger, it still had cheese. By the time I got my correct order, I had to eat in the car because we were running late. On top of that, the tables were incredibly dirty and had food all over them. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would much rather go to the Red Robin right next door.

The location is clean and the food was well prepared, but the service was slow, at times it did not seem enough staff for the amount of customers in the restaurant.

Just okay. 4 burgers w/ ff for $50 was not worth it. Staff was like a deer in headlights. Constantly repeating my order to them, and not coming out correctly. All the ketchups were empty too on almost every table? When addressed, I got a blank look like I?m asking them to part the 7 seas.
