White Castle - BRICK

I am extremely disappointed with the service at White Castle for the past three days. The wait in line was incredibly long and the fast food they served was far from satisfactory. The constant mix-ups with orders and the long wait times make it not worth the visit. I would rather drive for half an hour to another location than waste my time at this establishment. White Castle should consider closing this particular location down.

Average at best..only occasionally..my Diet Coke was extremely diluted..disappointing that it tasted mostly like seltzer water? Could it be that it wasn't real Coke or Pepsi?

I placed an online order and arrived at the designated pick-up time. Unfortunately, I had to wait 18 minutes at the restaurant before receiving my food. The whole point of ordering online is for the order to be ready. The food itself was your typical White Castle fare, no complaints there. However, the lack of organization in preparing online orders was disappointing. They could definitely improve by taking notes from Chick-fil-A's efficiency.

Went through the drive thru which had 2 cars ahead of me it only took me 15 minutes to get the food yes was super hot tasty and quick and keep in mind it was rush hour. Thanks white castle lovely meal I had.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are on the menu but 2 sliders a drink and fries can doParking: It's plenty of parking but if it ever was packed you can park at the store in the rear and walk to get your food . ?Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheel chair parking and very clear and clean path to a working door

I should’ve went to outback next door the burgers were fine but the fries tasted like they were sitting on a pound of salt and the soda syrup must’ve been out because my sprite tasted like
