This is the real deal butcher shop. They make their own elk sausage. I bought some and grilled them when out 4wheeling with friends. Everyone was amazed how juicy and flavorful they were.

Staying the night at Walker River Lodge. Needed meat for the grill. Stopped in and picked up a great big ribeye BUT even more amazing was the elk sausage. WOW! A really great selection of meats and customer service that simply can't be beat. If you're in town, stop by and treat yourself. You'll be glad you did.
