Wendy's - Bridgeton

I stopped by for lunch and frequently come here since it's close to my workplace. I received my food, but it seemed like it might have been someone else's order, or perhaps it was just incorrect. Unfortunately, I couldn't communicate this issue because I didn't get a warm reception. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but I ended up with a bacon cheeseburger instead. However, the fries and Frosty were correct. Even though it wasn’t what I ordered, the fries were hot and delicious, and you can't go wrong with 50% off Frosties. The drive-thru service was pretty fast, too.

The employees were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for both diners and their guests. The floors and tables were well-maintained and clean.

When my order was finally ready, it was incorrect. I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time, which made the mix-up even more surprising. Additionally, the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant sandwich I ordered looked nothing like the picture on the menu. It resembled a miniature version with what seemed like a chicken strip from a kids' meal—overcooked and unappetizing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope for better food quality at a later time of day.

I enjoy Wendy's when it's hot and fresh, this one was neither. It also didn't help that they were fully staffed, I was the only one in the lobby and I still had to wait 5 minutes for service. Only to get food that was old and cold

I had a pretty good experience at this Wendy's. The service was acceptable, and the food was hot and fresh, with a great taste. I tried to use the app to earn points, but unfortunately, their system was down at the time.
