Vending machine accepted my debit card bit I couldn’t receive my drink. When I called the number on the vending machine, there was no one answering. In my opinion machines at EW University are a complete ripoff!

Today is the 23rd and the use by date on most of the food is the 10th. I think they forgot about us. They used to be great. Not anymore. I guess it's just a sign of the times.

Commercial Food Systems has some of the hardest working employees I have ever met, including management. The owner doesn't put his products before people. He actually cares about each person as an individual and will work with you in anyway he can. Also, vending machines can be empty for a few reasons. It can be due to the fact that someone is constantly buying from it. Which I've seen personally. If there is a problem, this company will do whatever they can to mitigate the issue.

I work down the street and they do our vending machines. They are like empty all the time.

The grandma beef burrito should be named the grande rice and beans burrito with beef flavor. But hey why would a company that stole the name of the most famous deli in nyc care about truth in advertising?
