Zacatacos V - Bridgeview

Tacos are great, but their drive is terrible. a few weeks ago I ordered and they gave me a number and said I had to park and wait until someone takes the food. everything seemed good until 10 minutes past, then the girl finally came with like 6 to 8 sacks of human orders. when I got my tacos, everything was cold because the girl decided to wait for all these commands instead of taking them out as they were finished. Yesterday was the same, but I said casser that they better not do this because eating with the time is cold that we get it. this time it was better, but they still go too long.

I tried and tried to give this place a chance, because I've been exploring for years that I live in the opposite, but her service has taken such a nasen dive, I just can't go anymore. there were at least 4 times that before closing about an hour and a half went there and was said that they were out of many things and gave the reason that I appeared too close to the closing time. even something like chips. today I didn't move with anyone before me through the drive and only one car in the car threw the marked spots and was told that I should hold. what I did 15 minutes. I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous. at least they come back to the loudspeaker and say it's sorry. I'm done, do my money to give, that don't make sure they put the customers first. don't waste your time or your money here. ?

Terrible service! waited over 20 minutes in this facility to get my order to go I saw several people go in, take a request to the writing to get their food. sat patient in my chair until a worker finally asked me if I had ordered. I answered, about 20 minutes ago he took me a stance. he asked for my acknowledgement, I gave it to him only then, they began to prepare my order. I asked him what takes so long that he continued his attitude. I asked for company number, he asked me what is that they do not go to this restaurant, they are terrible. I'd give him three and half a star. eating is very close to the location pulaski. the strong problem here is the service. it was the slowest thing I ever saw for zacatacos. pulaski is quite instant while they do not even receive a confirmation near 20 minutes or longer when they sit. I saw customers go. their staff can be shared, as this location drives through the service and its expenditures can be aligned in this direction. If they can wait, it was great to eat. I think that would be 4 stars if the server had spoken to inform the people about the slowing down fast like other places I was. but nothing has ever been said that you leave possible negative perceptions for the imagination until you are finally served.

3 tacos a bottle drink and small chips with guac was over 20 bucks. The flavor was okay, could not justify the price on the tacos. If the tacos were bigger and the ingredients were fresh it would have been a 5 star without a doubt. The young lady at the window was extremely nice .
