Restaurant Hilten Axalp - Brienz

Just a fine alp stuebli. It is great to find it there, after hours of walking, but the food and drinks are what you would expect all the way up the mountain. Kaseschnitte, salads. A family run business, friendly people, very Swiss.

What can be better if skiing, or to walk in the mountains than to come the help. the greeting is always warm and friendly, the atmosphere rustic and the eating good hearty mountain food. I rely on the cafe chelli to warm me and. leave my way back to the mountain, then I can do everything again. hans and the whole family offer a very well managed restaurant. as always thanks, hans. jessica and paul,

Nach einem perfekten Skitag gibt es nichts Besseres als eine kleine Stärkung im Hilten. Die Meringues waren ein Gedicht. Das Hiltenkaffee sollte man unbedingt besuchen.

Nach einem etwas anstrengenden Aufstieg vom Hinterburgseeli erreichten wir das Restaurant Hilten. Die Aussicht auf den Brienzersee ist atemberaubend. Mein Mann bestellte sich eine Rösti mit Ei und Wurst. Der Preis mit 27 Franken war eher hoch, 2 dl Aigle le murailles kostete 12 Franken. Vermutlich bezahlt man eben noch für diese Aussicht.
