Dehli Divan - Brierley Hill

Not impressed at all after the way I have been treated and having my things stolen still waiting on MO to sort it out.

I made a reservation for tonight, and both the food and service were impeccable. We started with two mixed grill appetizers, followed by two main courses and two naan breads. Everything was absolutely delicious. I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The staff are incredibly attentive, making it hard to give anything less than five stars. I ordered my food, but it was not cooked properly. When I spoke to the waiter, he was quite rude to me. I decided to order a different curry, but when the bill came, I found that I had been charged for the curry I didn't want, which felt like a money grab. The waiter, Mo, had a terrible attitude, and another shorter waiter was also unfriendly. After I paid and left, I realized I had forgotten my phone, so I went back just three minutes later, but they claimed they hadn’t seen it. I suspect it was stolen. I’m extremely angry and upset by this experience. A friend recommended this restaurant to me, but I will never go back. Stealing from customers is unacceptable; there are better ways to support your family.

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff who made sure we were well taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, also deserving of a 5/5 rating. On top of that, there was plenty of free parking available, making the visit even more convenient. Highly recommend!
