Írjon visszajelzéstI went to thru and paid for my order at 6:02 am to 9/30. I was told to move forward and wait there and someone would bring my pizza in a minute. After 17 minutes I wait and asked for my order. The guy had no idea I waited outside for my order. He waited 36 minutes and finally got them. This place needs more people who work specifically during the diner age and are organized more.
This place is absolutely TRASH. It? Hot Ready? even if you preorder. The employees ignore you or have a bad attitude. It is as if you make them uncomfortable by picking up your order. Pizza was old and disgusting. Never come back. I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst Little Caesars ever.
The only thing hot n ready was a huge tray of bagged breadsticks. We were told a deep dish pepperoni would take 6 minutes to cook. We were the only customer in the store. 15 minutes later they told us they forgot to put it in the oven. We couldn?t wait any longer and I asked for a refund. The kid who had forgot to cook our order had just come back inside from hand delivering a stack of pizzas to someone in their car. Without explanation he gave me a certificate for a ?free pizza? and handed us two orders of breadsticks. That?s a refund? Thanks but no thanks. I?m not local and will absolutely not be driving back a second time to get a ?free pizza? I already paid for. So. About my refund?
This is the second time in a row that we've received a completely raw dough deep dish pizza. I bought one and brought it home, and before I noticed it was undercooked, my son ate some and ended up feeling a bit sick. I called the restaurant, and they kindly sent a coupon for a new pizza. So, I went back to pick up another deep dish using the coupon, only to find that the dough was completely raw again. At this point, I don't want another pizza; I just want my money back.
Here, they consistently undercook the pizzas, sloppily smear sauce on the crust, either over-sauce or under-sauce, and create large bubbles in the dough. They skimp on toppings, and when it's cut, the pieces are so uneven that some are a quarter of the pizza! Recently, I've been ordering custom pizzas, which they charge $2 per topping for, yet every single time, the amount of each topping is meager—except for the pepperoni, which seems to be the only one they don’t skimp on.
