Stock Burger Co. - Brighton

I found Stock Burger to be a better dining experience in the early evening. We had a late table reservation at 9:30pm and because the restaurant is located in a large venue next to an IHG Hotel, it was quite empty. Despite the lack of patrons, the service was excellent - fast and charming. Our meal was delicious, with perfectly cooked burgers and tasty starters like Beef Nachos and Cauliflower Popcorn. The cocktails were not as impressive, but I may have chosen the wrong one. Overall, I believe that Stock Burger would be a lively and enjoyable place to dine with friends if it were busier.

Superb burgers, including great options for vegetarians. I love the mushroom and halloumi burger. Sweet potato fries are a fab and tasty alternative to regular fries and this place serves great milkshakes made the proper way. Great selection of beer to go with the food. Definitely coming again !

Lovely atmosphere, and a really nice, friendly welcome from the team who laid on an Easter egg hunt for the kids. Starters were excellent, however the burgers weren't actually that great. The use of a massive brioche bun meant that all the burgers were a bit dry. Starters were excellent though and the price was very reasonable.

The food was excellent would definately go back. The idea to build your own burger was great for me as i am a fussy eater and the cocktails and milkshakes are very good as well.

Was connected to our hotel which was very convenient not having to go out in the cold.
