Burger was good fries were room temp. Service was abysmal

Booth we sat in was filthy, the wall next to me was filled with stains and food, lost my appetite because of it.... service was just terrible, didn't refill our waters, didn't ask us how we wanted our burgers cooked, no silverware, ketchup was empty ...it has been going down hill for awhile now, I think that was our last time going their, yep I am positive, we're DONE!

It was my birthday (64th) my daughter and Granddaughter took me to lunch. I order a new summer drink. It was AWFUL! the lemonade or the berry mixer. I dunno it was disgusting. Should of gotten a iced tea. Between the 3 of us we had a Cobb salad. A bacon cheddar burger and a Teriyaki chicken sandwich . That chicken sandwich was the messiest darn thing ! But oh so tasty! Definitely a favorite place to celebrate! A recieved a hot fudge sundae as my birthday celebration. Yum

We took kids, youth, and teens as well as adults and seniors. All found good choices off the menus. Service was very good, wish I remembered servers name she was awesome!

Was bummed to find out this location in Brighton is not participating in the Gold Medal Burger promotion. I got an email on it from RR touting the triple decker but when we showed up they said it was a corporate thing and they were not doing it. What a disappointment. Not a good way to keep customers happy. Also our waitress was more interested in decorating her face than service. Forgot our appatizer completely and took forever to refill bottomless fries. Not sure what's going on at RR but not impressed lately.
