As for the Starbucks owner who responded to my review, it's disappointing that your suggestion was to visit the contact page, where the only way to get assistance was to provide receipt details from my transactions. If I ever return to this location, I’ll make sure to take note of the receipt, the staff member's name, and the active manager's information for my records. It’s absurd that I had to buy two coffees just to get my order corrected. Staff should be trained to provide receipts since that’s the only way customer service will help in situations like this. This is some of the worst "customer service" I’ve ever encountered.
