Mcdonald's - Brighton

I called to find out when the "24-hour" drive-thru opened at 3:40am. The girl on the phone said around 4. It's now 4:15 and we are still waiting in the car while they take their time inside with the headsets.

The service was awful. Despite there being no cars in the drive-through, we still had to wait 10 minutes just to place our order. The management at the Brighton location should be ashamed of how poorly it is being run.

This place is the most disgusting place I've ever been too. Literally **** all 9ver the bathroom floor. It reeks like the dump there as well. The food was so bad we didn't even eat it. Will never go back there no matter how hungry I am. The staff and owners should be Ashamed of themelves.

Considering this mcdonald’s is right off the highway and one of the only fast food places in Brighton you would expect decent service and food. it’s sad that every time i go there, the service is terrible and the food is rancid. you guys literally have to touch the food to wrap it up and serve it, i refuse to believe y’all don’t feel how rock hard the food is. the drive through is ALWAYS slow. i could give a long list of issues that have occurred there regarding either the food or the attitude of the workers. i’ve worked fast food myself and i can’t wrap my head around how this is even possible, it’s like they purposely give rotten food, how do i wait in line for over 20 mins and STILL GET SPOILED FOOD??? WHERE IS YALLS FOOD INSPECTORS????? i get its “fast food”but that ain’t an excuse. i’m sure y’all can do better, cuz y’all ain’t busy enough for this kind of behaviour. giving one star because i cant give 0

The washrooms are nice but it's just that. The service there isn't up to standard! We already ordered ahead, yet they couldn't make it and missed it even. So we are told to order on the spot again, yet again the order is not completely done, everything is missing and we still needed to wait for the order with things missing. The staff needs to be trained tbh. The teenagers are not focused and inexperienced, so they didn't know what to do! I was quite disappointed! We thought it's faster to order ahead online, yet we needed to waste another extra 35 mins for the order as we are required to re-order again.....
