Cafe Monella - Brighton and Hove

This small shop is newcomer in town, but it's already making a great impression. The staff is welcoming, the coffee is top-notch, and they offer delicious pastries as well. Local moms will appreciate the child-friendly garden out back, where kids can safely play while mom enjoys a much-needed coffee break. I even brought my two Labradors in, and they were warmly welcomed with a friendly greeting and a treat. Found this place (recommended.) great coffee, caprese salat and artworks. sad on old shoreham rd but cannpark free 1 minute to foot in homebase carpark free. I'm back!

The best child-friendly caffe round. sad I moved now, but I was so glad to have it close. clean, well designed and a relaxing place to spend some time, have a coffee and a bite to eat. also stylish and not only for children with funky modern art on the display. melissa is welcoming and thoughtful and it was a pleasure to visit monella with many places with my little boy. there are toys, trampolin, sandpit and a beautiful sunfall terrace garden. a little jewel.

My instincts are Italian and eating is a big thing, but coffee is even bigger. after ten years their opinions on these themes are tattooed on my brain. I have to say, mellisa makes one of the best cappuccinos in the city. fantastico!
