Druid's Head - Brighton and Hove

We reserved the back room connected to the smoking area for a birthday party and it was amazing. There is no extra cost you simply have to reserve it. The service and atmosphere were amazing and special shout out to both of the Livs working...there who went above and beyond to make it great!

Came in after having lunch at the Sussex and they recommended The Druids and we certainly weren’t disappointed ! A stunning little pub in the Laines with friendly staff, we had the pleasure of being served by the gorgeous poppy! Me and my husband will...definitely be back again soon!

Popped in for a spot of lunch after a wander through the lanes and was greeted by a friendly member of the team behind the bar. We ordered our drinks, found a table by the window and looked at the menu. When we ordered our...food the person who served us was chatty and knowledgeable. The food came out in minutes, was hot at tasty. Would highly recommend this little gem to all of our family and friends.

A very disappointing visit to a Greene King pub. First entering the bar a staff member was clearing glasses in front of me and no hello or didn't even notice I walked in. eventually being seated on my own on a dirty, stained rocky table...I picked up the stained and dirty menus that looked like they haven't been wiped for a long time. Going to the bar to make my order, a young man with no smile, no hello, just saying What would you like I noticed even the bar could do with a clean, wipe down. I ordered my food and drink. Seating back down I noticed my glass had lipstick on it. Given my cutlery, well banged down my small bucket of cutlery by the same man from the bar. Noticing y knife had hard old food on it, I scrapped it off as I felt at this point if I said anything the miserable staff might not react suitable. I was right!!....I mentioned my cutlery was dirty and my glass was dirty.....came across as not really caring at all. Looking around I noticed other tables hadn't been wiped. Gents toilets Oh my god!!! smelt like a zoo and last toilet check was done a its not hours later. toilet paper all over the floor and the smell took my breath away!! The place is needed a **** good clean and maintained by staff who really do care. I will never return and will never recommend this local pub. Ok, if you a dirty builder and don't mind a dirty glass and surroundings to enjoy. It seems a common issue when it comes to Greene Kings venues.....this is the fourth dirty Greene King pub I have had to endure. whats happening Greene King??

Out with me missus for date night and its her turn to choose where we go. She says druids Head and I says never herd of it but OK and I tells you what it was absolutely lovely. I had the big fish and chips...and I thought blimey it really is big. The staff was very nice and we had a really good time that carried on all the way back to the hotel Garry P
