I truly feel so grateful to have this wonderful little shop just round the corner from me. His bread is fresh and delicious and the selection of cakes and granolas are my go to whenever I fancy a sweet treat :
I often pop in for one of their baguettes. I work in at the Railway station up the road so the location is perfect. Their bread is so fresh, along with the ingredients. My personal favourite is the tomato and mozzarella with pesto, the pesto is absolutely gorgeous and seeps into the bread to make a proper gastronomic treat. I keep pestering Hakan for a discount in the hope I can wear him down
Gorgeous, tucked away deli with a delicious range of home made cakes and healthy food. Lovely coffee too. Curious that a previous reviewer couldn’t see the perfectly normal sign about dogs? It’s fairly prominent, and surely it’s obvious not to take a dog into a grocers? The lovely shopkeeper brought my coffee to me outside whilst I waited with my dog! Highly recommended.
This man is indeed abusive. He has a minute sign on his door with a 'no dogs ' sign which is not visible when the door is fastened open. Which it was when I entered with my cockerpoo. He told me dogs were not aloud. I started walking out asking for a take away coffee. He said abruptly 'just get the dog out ' and then said he was too busy to make a coffee... It 's a shame. I used to like the place. I shall never be going back. I calmly told him that. He started shouting at me so I left. Stay clear.
