Marko's Smokin' Bbq - Brillion

All the food was fantastic and the service was super friendly. We were about the only people in there on a Friday afternoon, and someone put on the restaurant's pig mascot costume and came out to greet us, much to the extreme delight of our two year old. Itwas just charming and our son loved it and it still talking about it. It was so nice of them and again, the food was reallyoutstanding!

Pretty good barbecue! I'd love to try more from the menu. The service was friendly, funny and attentive.

This is a really great bbq place! It is 1/2 between Manitowoc and Appleton on Hwy 10, it can be easily missed as it is set a little from the road. My wife is not a big BBQ person, but she came here with me to try it and support a local business. She was very pleasantly surprised and would certainly come back. I have the three meat plate with the Briske (very damp!, pork and sausage. I finished my record before I realized it because everything was so amazing! I have enjoyed amazing BBQ in this whole country and Markos is a great hidden gem to fix this desire. The staff is also super polite and accommodating. Thank you for a nice experience!

Mac n cheese was some of the best ever. Huge fan of the ribs. Just wished I had a couple more bones. Would definitely go back again.

Was passing through Brillion and decided to call my order in for curbside pickup. On the way to Fond du Lac, I had a difficult time keeping my buddy from eating the ribs and beans. The aroma was great. Got home and my wife and I enjoyed the best ribs we have ever had. I had the beans to myself, and the were delicious. Planning on making another trip in the next three weeks just to go to Marco’s. Will get the ribs and beans for supper but I can’t wait to try the meat loaf sandwich for lunch. The young gal that brought our meals to the van was great. The aroma coming from the building just draws you in. Three weeks may be too long to wait.
