Mcdonald's - Brisbane

I had to laugh out loud at the guy that got half a bun! I used to laugh with my husband that they screwed up our order on average every third visit through drivethru. Well the last three times through drivethru they have either left something out (2 packets of fries left out completely) or I've ordered 20 nuggets and got 9 in each box of 10 - couldn't count to ten clearly! I also agree with the person who said it's only the drivethru - every time in store has been a great experience. And what's with asking you to drive thru to the loading bay - waited 20 minutes in the loading bay then they asked what I was waiting for and still didn't bring it. I'd give up on these guys except feel it's a bit unfair to punish my kids when they love the ****.

This place was terrible. Firstly I ordered a Filet-o-fish fries and a coke my number was 111, number 116 was served before me as the attendant at the drink machine was too intent on wiping the machine down to pour a drink, she was actually asked twice by another staff member to pour the drink. Her response to me was sorry for the wait, she wasn't sorry, she didn't care in the slightest. I opened the box to find a small bun with a smaller portion of fish which was poorly assembled with fish stuck to the melted cheese which was now on the outside of the bun.Next i needed to use the toilet, the male toilet was occupied by a plumber, so I used the disabled toilet, I needed fists of toilet paper to clean up someone else.In summary:Service- TerribleFood- PoorFacilities- Disgusting

Must admit these guys actually make a mean breakie muffin. Always hot, fresh and juicy! Never thought I would say that about Maccas lol

I have gotten used to half a servings of fries at this maccas ? but when you give me only 1 side of the bun on a mc chicken burger and half a serving of chips your just taking the ****.

Very nice MacDonalds. The food was well presented and the coffee was good. This is the cleanest MacDonalds I've been to for some time. Well done to the team.
