Írjon visszajelzéstThis busy little esserei in the adelaide street serves all Vietnamese clips. I stopped with some colleagues for lunch and a pig bauch banh mi. the salat filling was good, but I thought it could have done with a little more pork. To be fair, I was a bit spoiled that I ate the big banh mi around brisbane and it was super cheap.
Cheap, cheerful and great for lunch. especially recommend the banhmi. super cheap, but they get a good size and delicious food. the staff there is really friendly.
I have walked past the little place many times and if they didn’t have a fun sign out the front promoting their pho, I probably wouldn’t have even noticed it. But I’m very glad I did. I chose the twice cooked pork belly Vietnamese noodle...salad. The noodles were lovely and generous with good salad on the size. Perhaps a little more carrot to lettuce would have been good and a few more fresh herbs, but otherwise delicious. I liked the dressing not too sweet and very tasty. The pork, while not the typical pork belly I was expecting, was still very delicious, and a big portion too. Reasonably priced, quick and very friendly service, I will definitely be back here to try more from their tasty traditional Vietnamese menu.
This little gem can be somewhat hard to spot from the street. The food, however, is some of the tastiest takeaway in the city. The venue does have a small amount of dine-in opportunity, however its bulk trade is office worker lunchtime takeaway. An extremely...affordable menu with a good range to suit most people.
Lots of places are attempting Vietnamese but none quite hit the mark like Saigon! The lemon grass chicken bowl is packed full of flavour, fresh salad and lots of bits and bobs for you to add as your taste buds like. Don't be put off...by the line out the door they are fast and quality has never been an issue.
